Your Qualities

          You need to have a proven track record in direct sales

          You must be enthusiastic, self motivated, keen to succeed and relish the challenge of running your own business as part of a team.

        You DON'T need to be a designer, in fact we don't want a designer, we want someone who is brilliant at selling, NOT design.

Your Territory

          Home Stagers franchise territories are generally large, and always exclusive. On green field sites a franchisee can support up to 4 designers.

          The idea is to start with one designer, and then over time grow into the franchised area, usually this will take at least a year, maybe 2.

          It is up to you how far you go.

Your Hours

          The hours you work are dictated by yourself, though clearly as a self employed person the hours you put in will directly relate to the turnover of your business.

          You will have to source your day to day team of designers and because of our network of design consultants service delivery cover can normally be found to cover holidays and illness.
